We had a fantastic week in Cedar House which is bright, modern and well equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we all slept well! Cedar House is perfectly positioned just a ten minute walk into the centre of Holt which is a great town full of independent shops and some lovely places to eat. From Cedar House we could explore the whole of north Norfolk with ease. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a fabulous week in Cedar House which is perfectly located to enjoy beautiful Holt & north Norfolk. We enjoyed eating at The Feathers, King’s Head Letheringsett & The Dun Cow Salthouse. Great walks with (or without) a dog in Holt Country Park, Sheringham Park, Felbrigg Hall and Brancaster Staithe (a circular walk ending in the White Horse for a lovely lunch). Try the fish/lobster/crab platters from the fishmonger! Cedar House is immaculate with fantastic facilities – thank you!
We have fallen in love with Norfolk, never having been before. Cedar House is a fantastic base from which to explore the area. It's just a short walk into the delightful town of Holt with its variety of independent shops. Having an EV charger at the house is a real bonus. The house is really comfortable, spacious and well equipped, Sophie and Will have thought of everything.
Some favourite places to visit were Holkham, Wells next the Sea, Felbrigg, and Cley. The Dun Cow in Salthouse and The Gunton Arms were great places to eat.

Lovely house. Ideal for our week of 70th birthday celebrations. Must recommend local firm Sponge for their delicious sharing birthday cake of 14 different flavours! Easy walk into beautiful Holt with their array of independent shops. Good time to visit Sheringham Park and see the colourful display of rhododendrons.
Thank you so much for letting us share your fabulous house & for celebrating Julie’s 50th birthday, which made it so very special in the gorgeous location of Norfolk. As a family of 3 generations we had a wonderful time. We would return with much pleasure. Thanks again to Will & Sophie.

Cedar House is a fabulous property - beautiful bedrooms, excellent bathrooms, and great facilities throughout. The location is perfect: an easy walk into Holt and well placed for coastal walks too. We stayed as a group of six adults (two couples) and found the layout ideal, with all rooms and bathrooms very comfortable and well thought out. I’d highly recommend it for a group stay
We had the best week, weatherwise, but the house itself was also perfect for us. We were out and about a lot of the time, but when at Cedar House, the family room, the patio and garden were ideal for 5 adults, a nine year old and 14 month old. The bedrooms were just right, the kitchen very well supplied with equipment, and the utility room was well used. Plenty of space. The first thing that struck us was how lovely and clean everything was when we arrived. That means such a lot! Thank you.
Had a great time in Norfolk at Cedar House with our 2 daughters, husbands and 3 children under 4. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The children particularly liked the slide, the car and the football game. Beds were the best ones we’ve slept in so comfortable. Had a slight problem with the hot water but Sophie soon sorted it out. Would stay again and recommend for family groups. We loved the beaches at Wells, Brancaster, Mundesley and Southwell.
Wonderful house and location. Everything you could possibly need in the house and very easy to live in. Lots of thought and care has gone into creating a home from home.

What a fabulous stay again. Thank you so much Sophie & Will. The seal pups at Horsey Gap were amazing and what beautiful light we had. And as for the treasure chest of art at the Gunton Arms - so special! Such a beautiful location and gorgeous house.
Great house, lots of room for the 9 of us. The only query we had was promptly and successfully dealt with by our host. We loved Holt and it was only a short walk to the centre.

Fabulous week in Cedar House. Holt beautiful. Recommend Vicarage Garden (Ruston) worth the trek & Horsey Gap beach beautiful and hundreds of seals on beach. Worth the drive. Holt Fish Bar, Byfords good for dinner.

Ideal property for our needs, super layout, super location, easy walk into Holt. We have been coming to North Norfolk for 30 years and will certainly have this place on our list of "must go backs".

Beautiful house and well equipped. Excellent location for the centre of Holt. Clean and well prepared. Good for the less able although not wheelchair friendly on entering the property once inside the ground floor is accessible throughout. We had a family get together over the week and we all enjoyed our time at Cedar House.
A beautiful, well equipped property that has given us all the opportunity to enjoy the week together and to create some memories that we will remember fondly.
This is the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. The layout was ideal for three generations to have their own space when needed but with comfortable sitting areas for shared activities as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the block of sharp knives was particularly welcome. Thank you for the lovely decorated Christmas tree. That was a thoughtful touch.

Brilliant house, very practical, every thought put into it. Beautifully appointed and decorated. Great family base. Holt is top class. Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham, Blakeney, Sandringham, Felbrigg Hall, etc etc all wonderful. Food at Feathers, Holt, King’s Head Letheringsett, Pheasant at Kelling. So much to enjoy! Thank you.
Lovely house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything you could possibly want or need! Amazing BBQ. We recommend the King’s Head, Letheringsett – great fish and chips! Beautiful decoration throughout the house! Very comfortable house with beaches less than 20 minutes away.
The house is amazing, had everything we needed! We love the local area – Eric’s Fish and Chips is excellent and also the King’s Head in Holt was very good. We recommend going to the End of the Pier show in Cromer – loved this!! Great dog walk in Sheringham up the Beeston stump. Thank you for the welcome gifts and such a lovely time.
The perfect holiday house! Fab design throughout and suited all of us, including the dogs! Wells-next-the-Sea, was our favourite beach spot and walk, also Holkham Hall. Holt great for a wander around, pretty little shops and lovely cream teas. The problem was that the time went too quickly!

We give Cedar House five stars because it is a wonderful holiday home full of every possible thing you can think of for your stay there. Beds are so comfortable, and kitchen has every piece of equipment you need.
Our dogs settled and enjoyed their holiday too and behaved very well.
Being of the older generation away with our daughter and family we were so lucky to find ground floor bedrooms because Mum is unable to climb stairs. Next time we would have to bring a higher toilet seat for Mum.
Overall a wonderful time was had by all.
Absolutely brilliant house, we have all had a fabulous time, lots of exploring, we will definitely be back!

We recently stayed in this fabulous, spacious house. It had everything we needed. The owners have taken great care to make this a very stylish, comfortable, holiday home. We loved the decor and the garden.
Short walk to Holt which has lots of good shops and places to eat and a short drive to superb beaches. We will certainly come again.
